Our History

Founded in 2025, the LBR Floral Education Collective grew out of more than a decade of teaching and innovation at Len Busch Roses. With leadership from Sandy Schroeck AIFD, PFCI, CFD, our mission is to keep floral education fresh, accessible, and inspiring.

What began as everyday training videos has expanded into a dynamic blend of hands-on workshops, online master class, and a growing video library featuring product introductions and advanced design techniques. From in-person learning to virtual programs like the Blossom Master Class, we are dedicated to helping floral professionals apply design principles, spark creativity, and achieve greater success in their craft and business.

About Sandy

Instructor Sandy Schroeck brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the LBR Floral Education Collective. Certified by AIFD American Institute of Floral Designers and PFCI Professional Floral Commentators International, Sandy combines artistry with practical business insights. Her extensive industry knowledge ensures students receive high-quality instruction that prepares them for real-world success and certification exams. She lives by her mantra: Educate, Inspire and Influence. Her mission is to teach floral professionals to be innovative, profitable, and creative.
